We were immediately impressed by the friendly and helpful staff who made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. It was great that the hotel was pet-friendly, allowing us to bring our dog along without any issues. The food was definitely a highlight of our stay, with a fantastic variety of delicious dishes to choose from. We also appreciated the clean and comfortable room, which was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.

I travel a lot in the whole Czech Republic. And this is the first time to meet all my expectations. A friendly staff, new facilities like pool, sauna, bathtub rooms and a very satisfying food and drinks I will never forget this experience and we are coming back next week to meet my expectations. Most Specially the friendly Filipino Staff there Thanks a lot!.

Hello. In general, I liked the hotel, convenient location, clean rooms, comfortable beds, delicious and varied breakfast, and most importantly, the view of the mountains from the balcony.

The rooms are new renovated, it is calm, the view is nice. The breakfast was ok, the breakfastb room still has some former flair.

I got a better room than I requested which was a very nice gesture. I liked the room and its scenic view from the balcony. The sauna and spa facilities were enjoyable.
